Hiya all, my K850 has unfortunately died a premature death. I was adding a number when the phone switched itself off and wont fully turn on again. Its the BROD. When I turn the phone on, the keyboard lights up, as does the blue ring on the camera. Then it just turns itself off and tries to start up again, and again, and again. Its a shame really as the K850 is the best phone I've owned so far but the BROD is a known fault. OK the phone could be improved but I was very satisfied with it.
Cant install firmware and flash the phone using A2 or SE update so its going to have a burial ceremony and sent to landfill.

You can revive your phone by flashing the EROM via using the Davinci client. Will cost you a small amount but you will have a working phone again.

Well, it looks like that but is something else, i have seen some K850s with that problem.
You can see with the "normal" BROD the phone doesnt reboot just vibrate, the keyboard lights up as does the blue ring of the camera and the only way of shut dowm the phone is by taking the battery off.
But with this "strange" problem the phone keeps trying to boot.
I had a K850 with that problem and i sold it as faulty for parts
because i couldnt repair it.
Try to flash the EROM as Rookwise suggested.
