> Weird (stupid) decisions of Sony Ericsson

As I have told before I value the polyglot mobile phone (a phone, which can work in as many different systems / frequencies as possible).
Some years ago I was really glad when SE introduced first such kind of phone: K850i with capability to work at GSM 850/900/1800/1900 + UMTS 850/1900/2100. Including EDGE and HSPA. But at the same time SE ruined that phone for me putting it in totally glossy casing (an afwul grease magnet!). Also it was a bit too heavy: 118 grams.
So I decided to wait when SE will make another polyglot phone in non-glossy casing and make it lighter (smaller, thinner). Last year I was glad when SE introduced T700. Weight only 78 grams and not so glossy. Yes, it does not have UMTS 850/1900, but it's nicely small quad band GSM with UMTS 2100. But somehow SE decided to remove the frontal video call camera.
What a stupid decision! So, during a video call I have to choose either to see who is calling or not to see the peroson who calls and show myself.
Recently SE introduced a relly great mobile phone C510: weight decent 92 grams, elegant design (at least for SE), not glossy, with two cameras and also with great freguencies spectrum: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 + UMTS 850/1900/2100. Including EDGE and HSPA.
But then SE decided to ruin that good news also. SE decided that only American market can enjoy that kind of phone. The other world will get a cut version (without UMTS 850/1900 and even without GSM 850!).
Now SE introduced C901: elegant phone with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 + UMTS 900/2100. But again, no frontal camera for video call! (Also it's a bit heavy, 107 grams).
Why SE always ruins something with nice phone?

You shouldn't cry about videocall, it's one of the least used functions on the SE phones...

@Aivar
I'll agree with your last sentence, but on video calls, I think it's becoming less and less popular to the major manufacturers, which is why latest phones have begun to be made without it. Also, for medium-sized companies like SE, having no video call camera means they get an extra percentage of the production cost to put in some other, more popular, feature.

Please read my post again to get my point: there is always something SE ruins with nice phone.
PS. If C510i has frontal video camera, why the hell SE removed that on more high end phone C901!
