Hi all,
I'm Peter James.
I have problems finding a solution to connect my Nokia E Series to my CISCO Call Manager.
I need to connect my Nokia E Series via a 3G network and using a VPN Connection to my HeadQuarters Local Area Network.
I need to get my desk phone extention.
Anyone here could help me?
My best regards to you all,
Peter James

If your VPN connection is supporting PPTP, then you may give a try to SymVPN - PPTP VPN client for S60 3rd phones, available at telexy.com.

Welcome Peter, to Esato.
This question may be best fielded on another forum such as a site, HowardForums, or AllAboutSymbian. The reason for that is the exposure of more experienced users on E-Series and S60 will be higher than here on

board; however I'm sure you'll get some help here as well.
I'm Curious though what you're really after.
for a VPN connection the E-Series can do so on its own in the menu (if E71/E66/E51/E90) unsure of the E90 though.
CISCO Call Manager routes your office phone (PBX based) to your WLAN/3G supported phone. Many variables need to be sorted out.
What is your PBX Server (make sure you keep the confidential details of settings)?? Cisco/Avaya/Nortel?
Do you have all the details needed from your support team?
Also do you have a server or desktop client (if needed) installed? (may not be relevant).
Also check on Nokia for Business to see if there is something on a PDF (http://nokiaforbusiness.com/Page Content/Mobilize your business/Knowledge center/Datasheets/NokiaIntellisyncCallConnect1.1Cisco_DataSheet_AMER_default.pdf) or in the settings you need to configure or adjust.
Specific Details are listed here for the software you may wish to check out if you need to.

I'm personally interested in how you come to a solution so PM me or email me when you do, please.
Thanks.
