its not 100% sure but from what i have been testing with my phone i have come up with the following
the problem is lose wiring..not software..if you hold the c button to hear,now if you will notice go to service test by pushing > *
again this is based on 2 c905 test i did with 2 different phones with the same problems..if you have anything else to add go ahead
