> P800 hangs

hi there pips,i bought my p800 two days ago it already hanged on me 4x.the unit and its over all usefulness is very good.it started when i bought it n used it w its factory set charged batteries...i recvd an exlamation point pic on the screen,i thought bec. the bat are dead already tried to re open it and again rcvd same result...charged it when i got home...after that i used it to send an sms then it did it again.the key wont respon then the dreaded ! pic again,i restarted it then just htis pm i tried sending an sms and ... u guesed it right hang time.Over all the p800 is worth my 39k i asked the CSR at SE and he said hell ask about it...any body knows if this is just normal or i got a defective unit.when i 1st bought my 7650 i also experienced this.the thing is waranty hir in the philippines is not the-same in US that u can demand a replacement,hir they'll take the unit in and see what they can do and give u solutions(daw)to no avail.i experienced that with WINTELCOM 1 month sa kanila ung isang unit ko sabi nila ayos na i tested it infront of them d naman nagawa ni remenyo lang after a couple of weeks and month papadala daw sa head ofc sa singapore for repair e wala pa 1 month old.i have to demand and demand only then globe agreed to replace the unit that obviously a defective prod,tsk tsk,cosumer rights not covered daw by DTI kasi NTC daw pag cellphones.sory for the long post. till hir...tnx. and pls help,give advice re the hang time on p800.
