Guys I’ve been planning to buy a new notebook for all purpose. I’m considering two models. One is HP Pavilion Notebook DV5-1051TX and other is latest Apple Mac book.

Here are the specifications of both models:

HP Pavilion Notebook DV5-1051TX Specification:
Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 Processor - 2.4 GHz, 3MB L2 Cache, 1066 MHz FSB. 2GB DDR3 RAM. 250GB HDD, DVDRW DLS, 15.4” WXGA Bright View, nVIDIA GeForce 9200M Graphics. LAN, Modem, Bluetooth, Webcam, Remote Control, Card Reader, Finger Print, Vista Home premium.

2.4GHz Mac Book (MB467LL/A):
2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 3MB shared L2, 1066MHz bus speed, 2GB of 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 250GB Serial ATA; 5400 rpm, NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor, 13.3-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit glossy widescreen display, 1280-by-800 resolution, etc.

The cost is $1325 for HP and $2000 for the apple in here Bangladesh.

I never have an apple computer or notebook and never used Mac OS, so this type I’m little bit interest for that but it’s too costly than other one. I’m sure, some of you already have Mac book. So what do you think? It’s worth to buy the Mac book or should I go for the HP?
Please share your experience and one question is it possible to use windows operating only (without install Mac OS) on Mac book?

yes it it possible to install windows on a macbook not sure if it can be the only OS though, but you won't want to install it, when you've used it for a few weeks on OSX, you'll wonder why you didn't swap over sooner...
