> W595 Headphones faulty

I used them ONCE and they are faulty, sound plastic and everything said on the radio is to bass'y. They go quiet and loud every other second, and these errors have caused the most boring week doing a paper round I have EVER DONE!
How do I claim on my warrenty?

Yeh it was me, but somehow, after now having 3, it's growing on me lol.
I'm actually waiting for something else to come out by
EDIT: TYPO I HAVE HAD 3 NOT 4 W595's
