It just seems that everyone has problems with it. Is it really that bad, or what is wrong with it? Is it maybe the branding or firmware?

What do you think?

I have K850i and I don't have any problems with the hardware, but I have problems with the software. So I think a good firmware will solve my problems and K850i will be a really really good phone

No its not a bad phone. I have mine for 17 months now, it has its occasionals restarts (once a day) and it freezes once a week (irritating) but I still love it. Though I would not recomment it to anyone.

I've had the phone for a year now and it s***s big time. The interface is good and themes but it restarts once a day and hangs for no reason. It also slow. I actually regret buying it; I should have gotten N95 8gb instead.

Love mine, 17 months old, had lots of issues with it but not seen anything out there that makes me ready to give it up yet.

Maybe IDOU in the future but would wait till it's been out a while after the experience of grabbing a new platform early on. Impatience was my only mistake.
