Basically a Audio book is a book in audio... hehe.

It's a story being told to you with effects and by different persons from the story. Anyways, most audio books are commercial. Just google free audio books or download audio book @ Google and you'll find a few free ones..

I'm a big fan of audio books. I used to buy them from iTunes and run them through Requiem to strip off DRM. This would let me play them using my G700.

Apple seem to have changed the DRM for audio books lately as Requiem fail on the last one I bought a week ago, so that put an end to me buying any more audio books from them.

You idiot! Why can't you stop spreading false information?! You just need to make sure you have the right combination: J2RE 1.5.0.15 + Requiem 1.7.4 + iTunes 7.7.1.11!

Check Librivox. These are free, recorded by volunteers so the quality may be good on some but not so good on others.
