Hi, I have just joined as I have a major problem with my phone. The ring tone and the message alert have gone silent even though the volumne is set to high. The MP3 player works and the play demos works for the ring tone during selection but once selected and I ring my phone it now only vibrates. Similarly the play demo for message alert setting only works with my headphones in but not withour them or shen selected and I receive a message, again it only vibrates. I have downloaded the software again via the PC suite and completed a master reset and this has made no difference. All other aspects fot he phone work ok. Can anyone who knows about these things help me please as I am stuck and need it working asap as I use for work etc.... Thanks and regards, Mark

Welcome to Esato!! Can i ask is your phone set to silent alert? It might be go to settings check profiles and see which profile its set too. Or press and hold down the # hash key which activates silent mode or deactivates it. Hope that helps? I might be wrong but just a thought.

Thanks Bonovox, the profile is on normal and definitely not on silent. I have also set the ring tone volume high and still nothing.
