> t68i as modem with infrared port
Bookmark topic
I first set up regular dial up networking using my laptop's modem. it works find. then, i used the SonyEricsson's Dialup networking wizard to set it up again. Then, i put my phone next to the infrared port. xp recognized it(i've done sync with outlook w/o problems). then i tried to dial up using the new connections. it won't work. i get a message, opening port, the remote computer does not respond.
Anybody has tried using t68i as a modem?
Thanks. Any info is appreciated.

I am located in Cairo, Egypt. My operator is ClickGSM or Vodafone. When i used the SonyEricsson's Dialup Networking, I saw an option to select either GPRS or Circuit switched network, I selected the circuit switched network. Because I don't know my GPRS setting. So, you think my setting is not right?
The free GlobeGPRS, is that only specific to the Phillipines?
thanks
