Hi

Recently i purchase a se T700.i am facing following problem

1. Shortcut key menu not working (after I restart the phone it’s work)

Software version is R3EA036

That's normal on all A200 platform phones. My T700 does it occasionally as well along with all of my other A200 platform phone's i own.

or you could not visit the update service feature. this happens with the C702.

@tranced. Even after reflashing the phone the problem is still there mate. It's just one of many faults of the A200 platform.

If I turned on my phone for about one weeks, this symptoms would happen randomly... But you can decrease the possibility by turning off a flash menus. Just switch it to "Grid Menu."

After I done this, now after three weeks without restart, this symptoms doesn't happen anymore

I'm on R3EA037, btw

i mean that if you visit the Update service(at menu>settings>general) you will always have the activity key working.
