Well, I say "helpline", I rang them up 10 minutes ago because, well I'll tell you the story.
We go on the astro at dinners and I put my precious

in my shoe, then put my shoe in my bag, now, some idiot at school thought it would be funny to open my bag, get my shoe and throw it over a 7 foot fence, phone, SMASHED! I hated him before and you'd never of guessed I hate him now.
Anyway, I rang up

's helpline to ask them to give me an e-mailed quote for getting a full housing replacement, they are going well we can only give you an esimate (£46-£50 something £'s) and we can not e-mail you this as it is not an official quote. We have to see the phone to give you a quote
A real help to my story.
Anyway I am going to send it in, pay ALL charges myself, then simply pass on the bill, to his Mum and Dad. Even the postage
Will keep you updated

I still have the originals, i photocopied the proof of postage, then faxed it that way. I'd never send the originals off.
