which sales assistant did you phone? I'm prity sure he doesnt have good job satisfaction. The phone is NOT crap. My model did have the earpeice breake but other than that it workered a treat (w44) Go ahead and buy the phone. Orange will replace the phone for free if it breaks so what have u got to lose?

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and this is mine.

Just remember you have the laws that state that if anything goes wrong within 21 days they have to replace your phone for free, i'm on my 3rd C905 and yes there have been problems but it is a trely beautiful phone, easy to use and if they are sold out, how are they 'crap' and not popular as the orange assistant said?

I'd like to think they have sorted the C905 problems out by now but like TomEngland says, make sure you take advantage of the return policies they offer.

I thought orange offered a 6month replacement scheme? I remember someone talking about it in previous threads

But orange wont want to know after 6 months my friend tried with a samsung and wouldn't help told her to take it back to the manufacturer her self

Orange offer replacement handset in store within 28 days for new phone if phone is faulty. After this its repair. But if you have Orange insurance and your phone develops a fault call them and they run their tests over the phone and once they establish a fault they send out a replacement handset under their insurance terms. But with their insurance the handset is refurbished one but will look like new. Normally. But from the early days when i had an Orange contract years back these days i hear they are more fickle when sending out replacement phones. If they can avoid it(cos it costs them money)they will not send one and say get it repaired.

the 09 one should be good, but getting free depends on what price tariff your on, what do u pay a month?

When he says give me £130 on top say, urm could u close my contract please. O2 down the road will give it me for free? i think his reply will be something like NOOO DONT LEAVE USS!!! have it FREE (or very cheap)
