Bookmark topic
I am thinking of debranding my c510 which is Orange branded. I have never done it before and a bit scared i will ruin my phone. Can anyone give me advice or a link to a guide on how to do it. A guide simple to follow guide. Wish i could have someone do it for me and pay them cos i am nervous. I have updated software via SEUS before on my old K800i which was easy. Just wonder if debranding is as easy? Thanks.

Like I've explained in the C510 thread, you basically have 2 options.
1: Doing it yourself for free, via CDA change using a customize_upgrade.xml file, then use SEUS to upgrade to a generic firmware.
2: Paying an online company to change the CDA and flash it with their generic firmware.
It's up to you to decide what you will do. Both methods have a lot of information on the forums, or just ask me and I will try to answer your questions.

I use the cda change method, alot more simple and seus does most the work.

You need A2 uploader & a correct cda script first.
