> p800 hangs,need firmware update

eny body out there have a p800 that needs to be rebooted everyday(that ( ! ) icon)mine does.i talked with the CSR @ SE SM NE he called SE and said thaty it needed to be upgraded,barely 4days new my unit needs to be updated....hope it works.pls share if you have this kind of experience. tnx pips
