Can you formatt the internal memory using the secret menu?

Not on the C902.. You can only format the memory stick.... the C902 is not a smartphone like P1, P990, G900 or etc... so it lacks the option for internal drive format.
Only option available to restore the phone to factory settings is the master reset, located in the settings menu.
