> Windows 3.11 16bit

I need windows 3.11 16bit, pre installed programmes like notepad.exe , clock.exe , Regedit.exe etc, and the games aswell WINMINE.exe etc .
Need to be 16bit and in english thanks, basically the C:\WINDOWS folder of Windows 3.11 16bit.

You're using DOSBOX or running Windows in native mode instead of UIQ3?
VETUSWARE has English Windows 3.1
here.
