Went to Thailand in Feb 09 to find our Virgin mobiles didn't work & no 'phone shop we tried could get them to connect (We had no problem 18 months ago-same 'phones)
Returned to the UK 6 weeks ago & after emails & 'phone calls with Virgin they still have no answers!! Their best shot is that they work with Orange in Thailand plus 3 or 4 small local networks & that suddenly they find that all systems sre down!! After 6 weeks they still can't tell us what is going on. We heard that some mega rich guy gas bought various networks in Asia & won't partner with Orange. Has anyuone got any info or had the same problem? It's time Virgin sorted this!!!!!!!!!
