It's a typo that they haven't fixed yet.
When they had the W705 under pre-order, it has a price of $699USD.
The price is now set accordingly, (since it became available) but they haven't changed the pre-order price for the W995 yet.

Its a typo. They have the W715 at $649. SO its a mistake.
