> ebay problem

i made a new account on ebay, bid on it, and then paid for it with paypal. the next day i get an email from ebay saying they have canceled the bid and suspended my account indefinitely. i then buy the item with a guest account instead, and pay for it with paypal. afterwards, i went to the transactions, and notice that i got charged for 2 of the same item. it turns out that even though they canceled the bid, i still got charged. i wrote an email to them and they gave me a generic response. i tried calling them, but they dont list a real phone number.
