Does anybody know how I can update the Google Maps on C905, as now street view is available in my area I would like to get it to work with the Google Maps on the phone.
I downloaded another version of Google Maps (from
www.google.com/mobile) and it contains the street view feature but the only thing it doesn't do it use the GPS positioning, whereas the Google Maps preinstalled does use the GPS

I have also spotted this. GM 2.0.0 that comes on the phone has great GPS positioning but no street view. So installed GM 2.3.2 which does not overwrite the original google maps. This has streetview and looks a lot better but no GPS (as you have already said). Can't seem to find anything else about this on the t'internet so I just have both installed and use them respectively of their offerings.
I'm sure they'll sort it out in their next version.
