Bank transfers within the EU that are done in Euro are FREE up to 25.000, just be sure you transfer it in Euro not Pounds! I made that mistake once and my bank charged me 5 euro. I know UK banks are famous for sucking their customers dry, but as long as you transfer in Euro it is free!

Hrm, maybe not free everywhere then but most countries and banks that liek their customers should offer this for free. It is free for me in Holland.
