Is there anyway to get my G705 to W705/W715 while keeping the ability to read Chinese and Japanese text? I tried doing the CDA changer that involves the use of the customize_xml and SEUS said I have the latest firmware.

SEUS use the imei to identify the phone model. The CDA is only read by SEUS for the customization version.
So you can't crossflash your phone with SEUS.
