Does anyone know how to enable animated backgrounds on a T68? Whenever I put an animated .gif file as a background, the animation dosent work and it becomes a normal .gif file.

Make that animated.gif not under background display option but under screensaver option. That way,you can view your animated background or screensaver.

You can save as background & also as screensaver that way it`s still, but then as the phone locks it animates for a while, as it`s been said you can`t have an animated background.

Its the same principle as having a wallpaper in a PC. It just shouldn't be animated. Sorry to burst yer bubble. This message was posted from a T68i

Thats too bad. Phones like the Samsung SGH-T100 have animated backgrounds (actually around 4-5 different pictures which change after a stipulated period of time like whats possible on windows desktop).
