Try to find My network places in Your window explorer. It should show Your phone if You are on same wireless network as yor wireless laptop, and You have netowork sharing ON, (choose on Your phone netowork sharing)
Then when you can see phone, right click on phone and choose settings, find IP number of Your phone.
In windoes explorer type //xxx.xxx.your.number
mine is //168.102.2.68 and you can access files on your phone.

Heres my scenario.
1. I have a desktop PC at office which does not have an internet connection. And does not have a wireless device attached to it.
2. My office has a Wireless broadband connection to which I can connect my G900 to and access the internet.
3. I have my G900 connected to the PC using the data cable.
4. I want to use the internet on my PC using my mobile as Wireless USB(like we use the MODEM on the phone to connect ot the PC)
