is there only one way of updating n72 i.e by using nokia software updater
Also my n72 is running too slow how to increase its speed.my 512 mb memory card is 450mb free and only about 50 mb used.what might be the probelem that degrades the speed of phone thnx in advance pls help.

and the answer to you question is !
1. have you debranded your handset
2. if so no
3. if not , use nss and then apply a generic product code ( google it there easy to find ) to the handset then try updating via nokia update service.
