yeah im guessing it may be.. i think its a danegrous piece of technology... it should onyl be used as parnks on friends...
basically u call form your number, and type in the number u want to show on ur friends phone...

I don't think Java can do that. I'm sure Java just runs at a high level and can't do nothing to system settings.
