I have the G900 for 2 days so far, bought brand-new. Legally made in Sony Ericsson factory.

It's not really bothering, but sometime while running camera or java games, the LCD (few times) is flashing very a little, but it stops doing it sometime.

Is it normal or it's a bad LCD?

Well it's doing it rarely. One sec of small flash. After some whiles like after couple of minutes or even hours, another flash.

Well now it keeps doing it. :/ But not forever, but sometime.. :S

You know when you go to service menu test, and test the screen, you see the black and white flashing thing? That black and white flashing thing happens in background in low opacity during the screen flashing.

It's strange.

How can I do it? And please, not SEUS, it requires the internet, so forget it, because the USB cable with the internet laptop doesn't work properly. It's freezing and lagging up the laptop, the spec is: 1gb ram and 3.6GHz total of processor.

You can not do it without the internet.... (something is wrong with your laptop also. It shouldn't be lagging)

You can try doing Master Reset as an alternative.
I just hope it is not hardware fault
