I was loading some music onto my K800i and I thought it had finished to unpluged the USB cable but the screen froze with just the backlight on.

I turned it off but could not turn it on.

The red led light at the side flashes around 4-5 times when I press the power switch but that is it.

I read somewhere to download SE Tool 2 lite but am not sure what to do.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You should find a way to check battery and charge it if empty...
Next:
1/Try to clean phone`s connector
2/download SETool Lite 1.08
3/start it
4/push "Identify" button
5/hold together 2 and 5 on phone`s keypad,not "C"
6/plug the cable and wait a few seconds...
Now SETool must be recognize your phone...
If not...sorry... ,you need service...

Your PC needs flash drivers,I think.
Also SEUS will install them automatically.
Then try with SETool again...

Do I have to point SETool at the flash drivers from SEUS?

I have downloaded SEUS.

No you can install SEUS which includes and automatically installs the drivers, or when you computer asks next time for drivers, install them manually.

I've installed seus.

Started SE tools.

Pressed 'identify' in se tools.

Plugged in phone whilst holding down 2+5.

How long should this take?

Thanks
