While I'll admit I didn't do a thorough search through the file system, I did search this site as well as google for an answer, but I got nothing.
Anyways, whenever I get a text message on my C702 if I'm in a phone call, it makes a rather obnoxious alert sound, which wouldn't really be an issue on my end since it's nice to know when I get a message.
However, for some reason the sound is audible on the other end as well, I'm not sure if it just comes through my ear piece rather loudly, or if it was for whatever reason programmed that way, but I was wondering if there was some way to remove it or preferably just make it so that the person I'm talking to doesn't hear the alert as well. If the only option is to completely remove it, that's fine as well.
Thanks in advance for any assistance

thanks for the help guys, sorry it took me so long to respond, internet at the house has been pretty out of whack. But I'm pretty sure it can still be heard through my headset Nathan, but if the alert's just too loud I'm sure there's some solution

Hi, it happens to me too, the only way to "disable" this feature is by setting the phone to silent or disabling audible message alerts... neither is practical, but those are the ones i know....
