> Socket connection, is it back?

Hi guys! Here's the scenario that i experienced.
Last night at around 12 mindnight i am sure that socket is back cause i was able to initialize succesfully "finally" the
unmodded UCWEB6.3en that i've been keeping for a long time..So then, after that i try to browse the net and kabooom it connects, i also tried to download it also works. But after i think 1hour of browsing it suddenly failed to connects, but what's amazing when i tried to paste a direct link in dl page of ucweb it still works (even w/o trick).
But when i wake up this morning downloading failed. But i was surprise when i use / trick in downloading it works. (until n0w it works on me).
Confusing part now is that, as far as i kn0w unmodded ucweb6.3official, uses only socket connection (correct me if i wrong in this part),
so if i can download even with / trick meaning socket works, but why can't browse? Another as far as i kn0w ucweb is a free browser, ryt?
My phone is N6600, smart network.
