two questions:
can i change NL vodafone in something else?
with my old T28S i could change it in "Regio 010". 010 would change if i travel to other cities.. is that possible?

You cab't get rid of the Vodafone wording unless you use another network (either by Roaming or by using another network's SIM).
You can turn on the Area Info which will give additional information on your nearest base station (where available).

i'v tuned on Area info -> Reception as well as Cell information.. and no area info in main screen

area info and cell area are possible to be put on t300. if they work or not are 2 separate things, depending on the network, ie, if the network has the option to display it
