Hi all,

A few months ago I bought a T700. I believe this phone is not officially available in the U.S. but somehow it works. Then last night I decided to run the SESU and a new software was found, so I tried to update the phone. The update stopped at 60% and said "Error: Update failed". I tried a few more times and same thing happened. Now the phone won't even start. What should I do? Please advise.

Was the battery fully charged? Make sure its fully charged (use another phone if u can to make sure) and try again.
