I bought my phone about 3 months ago. The past three days the screen has been freezing a few times a day. When I tried to switch it on this morning, the lights came on, but the phone didn't. It can also not switch the lights off, I have to remove the battery to do that. I hae removed the memory card to see if that was the problem, but now the lights will not even come on. What is wrong and what can I do to fix this. If possible I need to try to fix it myself.

if it's three months old, you should still have the warranty. go and take it to a service center near you
