I have a NOKIA 6630 phone.I want to format my phone memory.Can anyone help me? I have already tried restore factory setting with the code *#7370# but it only changed settings. It could not format my phone memory. Can anyone give solution?

power off hte phone. then simultaneously press the following keys:
asterisk (*) key + green send key + number three (3) key
then turn on the power while simultaneously holding the keys above. don't let go until the nokia logo appears for newer models or the formatting status bar appears for older models.
make sure that your phone has sufficient charge.
