hi can any one help me i am trying to fix my W580i which is saying... Configuration error please contact your service provider or service centre. DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS? please help, Thanks.

i just tried it and no joy! i was wondering tho... with my w910i k850i ect i used A2 uploader and with that i could access the file system etc and drag the custpack into there but with my w580i i dont have the software to do so? can u tell me how i can do it please mate?
