just one question... is surfing the internet, using wi-fi connection, free?

You just get disconnected and have to re-scan and join the network again, or a different one if the previous one is no longer in range.

but not all wifi are encrypted. there are open ones, just like the one in UASD.

sometime in public places wifi is made freely available to the public .. but if u try connecting to someone's personal router its illegal ...
