When I was listening to music my phone got freezed and it showed black
screen.
Now when I turn it on it only shows black screen and turn off after few seconds, I tried update soft using seus but it says there are no soft for my phone.
What I can do ?

How about Flashing it with another Firmware ? using a2uploader
See if that sorts the problem..

Can you tell me how flash works?
I installed new software via seus.
And phone keeps on reseting itself for every 3 seconds, when is turned on.
It doesn't even show anything on screen.

The above explains how to use the A2uploader..
Make sure you download the correct firmware.
The R3CA038 - Firmware is working fine on my C902 here in the UK.

Well I went for the following:
C902_R3CA038_MAIN_GENERIC_AO_RED52
C902_R3CA038_FS_WESTERN-EUROPE_RED52
These are Generic ones, which worked for me in the UK..
Also if you do a complete flash you also want to download a Custom Pack as well !! or your Phone will say "Config Error - contact your Provider"

Make sure you download the correct one for your Country if you are in the UK [ T-Mobile,O2,Orange,Vodafone for your Phone provider]
As I'm with O2 here in the UK I went for the O2.. one..
You don't say where you are from..
So please choose the correct Country and Provider !!
ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS FULLY CHARGED UP BEFORE FLASHING !!!
DON'T RISK A HALF CHARGED UP PHONE..
Run the Custom pack AFTER you have fully flashed your Phone..
Once you are completely finshed, Flashed + Custom Flashed, Remove the Cable and then REMOVE THE BATTERY FROM YOUR PHONE FOR AT LEAST 15secs, then switch and WAIT, WAIT, WAIT... to it completely configs, then I hope that sorts your problem...

IF YOU FORGET TO DO THE CUSTOM PACK, DON'T WORRY, JUST RECONNECT YOUR PHONE AND DO IT..
Again then remove cable, remove battery and wait for at least 15secs, then attach battery and switch on and WAIT !, take about 1 minute or less to completely config
You must wait !!..

I can hear only sounds, seems like screen is broken.
Last question how i can upload custom pack via a2 uploader?
Firmware files are single ones and pack is bunch of files in a folder.
