> Recommended Phone with MP3 player

I'm looking for a new phone with a decent mp3 player to use on my commute to work. My current SE K850i is on its way out - flash not working, headphones broken - so I'd like to find a replacement.
My main requirement is a decent MP3 player with gapless playback (most annoying feature of k850i is the gaps between songs) - I gather that there aren't any SE phones with this feature? Would want capacity 8GB or more.
Also want to be able to take photos of a reasonable quality.
Ideally the iPhone would be great, but I can't justify the costs. I normally go for a contract around £25 and I'm willing to put a bit of money in up front, but not the £150+ is would costs to get an iPhone on that kind of contract.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
