I have followed instructions several times but it wont connect to seus, hold the C key down for nearlly 3 minutes and then the phone turns on and goes into mass storage mode but SEUS still doesnt detect the phone.

Any ideas.

the problem in the anti-virus
disable it first then try to update the phone

Using a test version of windows 7 which works the same as vista. Is this the reason? PC suite works ok.

The USB driver gets automatic installed with SEUS. Erase SEUS and Adobe flash from your PC, then install latest Adobe flash and SEUS again. It might work.
