People calling the P800 a brick is really starting to piss me off. These are mainly people who have never seen the P800 or held one, just going by what they've heard. Think of the following things b4 u call it a brick!!!

1. The P800 is almost exactlty the same size as the nolkia 33** series. I've never hear anyone describe that series as a brick.
2. The P800 is smaller in length by almost an inch than Nokia 6310/6310i but slightly thicker and wider. Has anyone described that series as a brick???
3. The P800 is smaller than any pda available or combined device, e.g treo, pocket pc phonedition(o2 xda/T-mobile ppc). This is what the P800 should be compared two, as this is the category it fits into. It's a phone with pda functions.

So do not judge the size of the device until u have actually held the device in your hand and used it!!!!

that's my point. we all had fun calling the 7650 a brick, but it's pretty much the same size as a 3310.

I would compare the P800 (117x59x27mm) to a Nokia 7650 (114x58x26mm - which is still smaller than the P800) rather than a Nokia 33xx (113x48x22mm) which is a way bit smaller still.

The P800 is still pretty big for today's standards, 5 years ago it would not have been considered a brick but it would still not be small when compared to an older Ericsson GH388.

I know about it's functions, and I don't really care as that is not the issue. It's a big phone, it may be more than just a phone, but for a phone it's big.

Live with it. It's a nice device though, and that's what you got it for, isn't it?
