So we've got the final specifications of Idou. Why the zoom is up to 12x instead 16x?

1. IDOU name is MUCH BETTER than than this stupid "SATIO" name...
2. No stand-by times and battery.... (if it is 1000mAh the phone will be a total failure)
3. No OLED screen.... i think SE lives 2 years ago from present.... such a same
4. No internal memory and ONLY 8gb in stick....when Nokia and other companies NOW....AT THIS MOMENT offer 32gb of internal...
5. No EXMOR sensor to save even the camera (12mp without exmor means 4mp of more noise than 8mp)
6. No 3.5 jack for such a big phone....
7. End of 2009 ???? YEAH only if it costs up to 300 euros will have a chance...cause till then IDOU will be a mid-range phone...
IT IS AN OVERPRICED FAILURE (another one) for SE....!!

Yeah, the lack of 3.5 mm jack will not help win over Nokia fans.
Does anyone know what is the CPU used in Satio and how much RAM the phone has?

Sony Ericsson says new Satio will beat iPhone 'hands down'
Nathan Vautier, managing director of Sony Ericsson UK, said the new Satio phone, which will hit the shops in October, is a "game-changer" which will "return the company to profitability".
Sony Ericsson, the world's fourth-largest maker of mobile phones, dived to a €370m (£325m) loss in the first three months of this year as demand for its handsets dropped by 35pc.
Worldwide mobile phone sales fell by a record 8.6pc in the first quarter of the year to 269m. Experts at Gartner, the mobile phone research house, said so-called "mid-market" phones – an area traditionally dominated by Sony Ericsson – suffered the deepest decline.
At the same time, demand for smartphones, such as the iPhone and Nokia's 5800, is booming, with sales expected to rise by 27pc this year.
The Satio – previously code-named Idou – has a 12 megapixel camera, free access to Hollywood movies and a touch-screen keypad.
It will be available for free on £35 per month contracts with all the UK's mobile phone operators.
Sony Ericsson also launched two other handsets – the Aino and Yari – which the company said will "revolutionise" mobile phone gaming and audio experience.
The company has shed 4,000 jobs – 30pc of its workforce – in an effort to cut annual costs by €880m.
