We need a bit more info than that mate. I take it you using FAR. What phone are you using and what are you trying to do?

well i am using K790 cell.. i am trying to change the software with the help of FAR, my curent software isn't working properly thats why..

What CID is ur phone? If its 52 or lower i recommend XS++ 3.1, its more user friendly. If its 53 then use SEUS.
