> why certain phones got different noise color?
Bookmark topic
this is original picture by Andrewtst (sorry i borrow ur pic just to have a proper inspection

)
while this is edited, gamma increased to display noise..
picture exif data still remains the same as original..
# Camera Make = Samsung Electronics
# Camera Model = S8300
As you can see, the lowlight shot is very good.. Somehow after I did futher inspection (increase gamma), the noise color turns out to be white + blue!
It's different from what I have encounter before.. Usually SE, Nokia, or even point and shoot camera produce green+red noise pixels rite?
So, how come this samsung phone differ from others? And the lowlight pic is very awesome!

Well actually it is quite technical. It has to do with the censor, at which ISO you take the picture etc. Take another photo in other conditions and see if it is still blue.

the color depends on light conditions as stated above...
take your picture
take photos in extremem light, daylight, shadow, night with flash, night lamp with flash, night without flash, and complete darkness....
study closely...
you'll find an answer
and a topic for a thesis!
