I have a AMD Phenom 2 X4 Quad Core 950 3Ghz Processor
4GB DDR2 PC6400 Memory
Seagate 1TB 16MB Sata Hard Drive
Radeon 4890 1GB PCI-E 2.0 Graphics
Sony Blu-Ray Drive
26" LCD Monitor
Thermaltake Gladiator CPU Cooler
OCZ 750W PSU
Biostar Motherboard
Running Windows 7 RC
I would like to know a rough estimate of it's value if possible.

I'd say if you sold it you could get, what, £700?
Maybe £800 or even £900 really, depending on the monitor.

4GB DDR2 PC6400 Memory £47.99
Seagate 1TB 16MB Sata Hard Drive £91.99
Radeon 4890 1GB PCI-E 2.0 Graphics £199.99
Sony Blu-Ray Drive £80.49 (LG Drive)
26" LCD Monitor Can vary lets say £350
Thermaltake Gladiator CPU Cooler No Idea
OCZ 750W PSU £113.79
Biostar Motherboard £87.69
Running Windows 7 RC Priceless
There, no idea the worth of the case but this should be a rough idea

Would be worth an extra £50 with a purchased OS such as XP

Until next April or thereabouts when it expires and you'll have to buy a license!
But yeah, I'd happily give you £450 for that box without the monitor right now. So it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect £600 + for the whole lot I guess?
What does fleabay reckon for a similar spec system? I can't be bothered to look
