> C702 problem

Hi!
Im having some major problems with my c702. Its been a bit wobbly a long time, restarting itself, "sim inactive" over and over again, getting stuck for several seconds while typing text msgs, listening to music and web browsing.. Basically a little every now and then while using the phone. Also it been cutting calls, i cant hear the person im talking to but they can hear me, the call "timer" also freezes. Anyways, this has been driving me nuts but the update service on the phone has been telling me i have the latest one so i havnt been bothered updating it (but i sure as hell had wet dreams about throwing the bloody phone out the window)...
Today another issue raised, I was browsing the web on my break and just as usual it decided to restart itself, this time it refused to come back to life though. It does show signs of life, when i try to start it the blue camera keys will light up and it will vibrate but then it stays that way and nothing more happens. I have to remove the battery in order to turn the blue light off. Ive been googleing my fingers bloody all afternoon but i cant seem to find anyone with the same problem and i have no idea of what to do. Ive tried removing the battery and giving it a "cold start", ive tried connecting it to the charger, both with and without battery. Removing memorycard and sim card but still, nothing. Just that blue light. Anyone have any idea of whats going on?
Thanks, any help much appreciated!

hi
your phone seems to be running an old firmware. you can try flashing your phone as SEUS tells you you're up to date.
Tutorial: Flashing A2 phones

try and again update with seus... via comp
it is a possible case of coruption
a flash should solve the phone...
even if you have the latest firmware, you have to flash that again...
if you cannot do that with seus, then you can alternatively download your firmwar from net and use tool to flash it yourself...

Ive tried using the SE update service on the computer now, but no luck, it says my phone has the latest firmware. I read up about XS++ and tried to flash my phone thru that but no result, only gave me this;
20:58:40| Profiling SEMC phone...
20:58:40| Platform: Unknown
20:58:40| OTP CID: 0
20:58:40| EROM CID: 0
20:58:40| EROM Color: n/a
20:58:40| IMEI: n/a
20:58:40| Phone ID: n/a
20:58:40| Region: n/a
20:58:40| CDA: n/a n/a
20:58:40| Firmware Version: n/a
20:58:40| EROM: n/a
20:58:40| Ready for operation!
20:58:46| Sorry, your phone is NOT SUPPORTED
20:58:46| Error: Failed to send CSLoader!
20:58:46| FSX Shutdown!
20:58:48| Disconnected... Unplug the phone
This happened when i was trying to do a GDFS back up (using this guide
http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=16148)... Should i just try to reinstall the firmware without doing that backup? Where can i find the firmware? Sorry, im a noob to this, i usually just make calls with my bloody phone. Thanks for your quick replies, very appreciated!

node, you can do 1 thing;
- reflash without gdfs backup
For the first all you need is firmware files, which I can provide for you, tested and working.
After you flash those you can update to the latest firmware via SEUS if you wish.
Edit: removed gdfs backup stuff since it is not possible to do it for free with the c702.

doesnt a linux live cd and the extra programs make this process far too complicated for his comfort???
i suggest you first try to flash without gdfs backup...
