Anyone familiar with SE support? I was asked to send a phone to the address SE support supplied and now I got it back saying address unknown, are they that incompetent?
The address I got from SE support is:

PO Box 322
Gateshead
NE16 3HT
Is this correct?
Edit:
They gave me the wrong zip code, stupid people. 5.40 quid down the drain. They better fix it quickly and give me some freebies. The correct post code is NE11 9ZW.
