I have an S500i about a year old which switches itself off at any time for no apparent reason. Sometimes when answering a call and sometimes when left on a table say. If turned back on the battery is fully charged. Any ideas why??

possible due to internal file corruption
try flashinf and upgrading....

As I know little about the inner workings of mobiles can you expand on flashinf and how to upgrade?
