as far as I've read, the 25 will be better on the i. however, I would do some reading in the accessories forum, there is quite a bit on it there.

The 25 beats the 20 hands down regardless of what phone you use it with due to the memory access speed! I have both and the 25 is about 2x faster if not more.

The pic quality is also better on the 25... they are pretty much identical in bright sunlight... but in an indoor setting the 25 is far superior to the 20. I get nice bright pics where the 20 only gives a brown smudge.
Too bad, because the 20 looks better on my t68i, and it actually has a little more memory (pretty odd) then the 25. All in all I would definitely go for the 25 if you're looking to buy.
For US posters... go to Amazon.com, you can get a T300 with the mca25 camera for FREE if you sign up with t-mobile. Why would anyone want to PAY for a Nokia, Samsung or Motorola...
